"Teaching is a complex and demanding profession. I believe that supporting colleagues in their journey—especially through the NBCT process—not only eases the challenges teachers face but also leads to greater student success. Earning my NBCT certification has strengthened my commitment to reflective practice and student-centered instruction. By supporting other candidates, I hope to elevate our profession and positively influence student learning." |

"No one thrives in teaching alone and the National Board journey is the same way! I am here to support you as you navigate this experience as a JSD teacher. From how to organize your schedule to plan and prepare for the components confidently, to helping you unpack the National Board standards, guide you on reflecting on your practice and more, you have support! My National Board journey was rewarding, eye-opening, challenging, even grueling at times, but so worthwhile and I am forever transformed as an educator by looking closely at my impact and deliberately engaging with my teaching practices to best serve the students in my care. I am excited to work together!" |
